Cancellation, Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We hope our products can give you a good experience and we are always happy to serve you. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us if you need these services.
Products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. We will be responsible for the return fee if you return it for:
- product defects
- product lost
- damaged packaging
Otherwise, it will be on customer's expense.
Here' s the information we might need you to provide when contacting us:
- Order number
- PO number(under the seat)
- Pictures or videos
Note: We’ll deal with your exchange/cancellation/return/refund request within 48hours(on business days), and please contact us first (through our email below) if you need any service, including cancellation, returns, refunds or exchanges, etc. Any returns or exchanges that are unauthorized, received past our shipping window, or are damaged, worn, or missing the original hangtags upon arrival will be shipped back to the customer at the customer's expense. Cancellation:
If the product hasn’t been shipped out, you can cancel or change the order by contacting our customer service. We will deal with your cancellation request within 48 hours (on workdays) and process the refund within 48 hours (on workdays).
Returns
To initiate a return, please contact service@mondeer.com with your information. Once approved, we will provide home pick up service, or you can send it back by yourself.
- Our product can be returned when (1) the product has defects (2) the product that you received is not what you ordered.
- Items must be uninstalled, unused, in its original packaging (with the tags), in a resalable condition.
- If you change your mind before receiving the product, please contact our customer service and reject the package. (Please note:some return fee will be on your expense.)

Refunds
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 48 hours after we receive the returned product.

Exchanges
To initiate an exchange, please contact service@mondeer.com with your information. Once approved, we will help exchange for a new product.
- Our product can be exchanged when (1) the product has defects (2) the product that you received is not what you ordered.
- Items must be uninstalled, unused, in its original packaging (with the tags), in a resalable condition.
- Exchanges are dependent on current stock levels. If we’re unable to offer an exchange, we can process a refund via the original payment method.
- You may need to compensate price difference if necessary.
